TERMS OF BUSINESS & BOOKING CONDITIONS
These Terms of Business and Booking Conditions apply to bookings made through AlwaysOnTrip ("we", "us", "our", or "AlwaysOnTrip").
References to "you" and "your" mean the person making the booking and all persons included in the booking or on whose behalf the booking is made.
By making a booking through AlwaysOnTrip, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions together with any supplier terms and conditions applicable to the travel services you purchase.
Please read these terms carefully before completing your booking. Different terms may apply depending on whether you purchase a flight, hotel, transfer, package, or another travel service.
1. Our Role and Your Contract
AlwaysOnTrip may act as an agent or booking intermediary for airlines, hotels, transfer companies, tour operators, car hire companies, and other travel service providers ("Service Providers").
Where AlwaysOnTrip acts as an agent, your contract for the relevant travel service will normally be with the applicable Service Provider. The Service Provider's own terms and conditions will therefore apply to that service.
The identity of the relevant Service Provider and the terms applicable to your booking will be provided where appropriate in your booking information or confirmation.
Where AlwaysOnTrip is the organiser or supplier of a travel arrangement, the terms applicable to that arrangement will be clearly identified to you.
2. Booking and Payment
By making a booking with AlwaysOnTrip, you confirm that:
- You have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- You provide accurate and complete information when making your booking.
- You are authorised to make the booking for yourself and any other passengers included in the booking.
- You accept responsibility for ensuring that all passengers included in the booking are aware of the applicable terms.
- You are responsible for making payment by the deadline specified at the time of booking.
All travel services are subject to availability. Prices and availability may change until the booking has been confirmed and, where applicable, the travel documents or tickets have been issued.
A booking will only be considered confirmed once the required payment has been received and AlwaysOnTrip or the relevant Service Provider has issued a booking confirmation or ticket.
You should check your confirmation carefully as soon as you receive it. In particular, check passenger names, dates, destinations, flight times, baggage allowance, and other booking details.
3. Prices and Availability
Prices displayed on our website are subject to availability and may change before a booking is confirmed.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, availability, typographical, technical, or other errors discovered before a booking is confirmed.
Where a price or availability error has resulted in a booking being incorrectly confirmed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and explain the available options.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are quoted in the currency displayed during the booking process and may include or exclude taxes, fees, baggage, seat selection, or other charges depending on the product selected.
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain appropriate travel insurance before travelling.
Your insurance should be suitable for your destination and circumstances and may include cover for medical expenses, cancellation, interruption, baggage, delays, and other travel-related risks.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance you purchase provides adequate cover for your particular needs.
5. Special Requests
If you have special requirements, such as dietary requirements, mobility assistance, seating preferences, room preferences, or other requests, please inform us at the time of booking.
We will pass your request to the relevant Service Provider where appropriate. However, a request is not guaranteed unless the Service Provider has specifically confirmed it in writing.
6. Changes and Cancellations by You
Any request to amend or cancel a booking should be submitted to AlwaysOnTrip as soon as possible.
Amendments and cancellations are subject to the terms, conditions, availability, and charges imposed by the relevant Service Provider.
Some travel services may be non-refundable or may carry significant cancellation or amendment charges. These charges will depend on the particular service purchased.
Any AlwaysOnTrip administration or service fee that applies to your booking will be communicated to you before the applicable change or cancellation is processed.
Cancellation or amendment requests are not effective until they have been received and acknowledged by AlwaysOnTrip or the relevant Service Provider, where applicable.
7. Changes and Cancellations by Us or Service Providers
Airlines, hotels, transfer providers, tour operators, and other Service Providers may occasionally need to change or cancel travel arrangements.
If a Service Provider makes a change to your booking, we will communicate the information to you where we receive it and will assist you with the options available under the applicable supplier terms.
Depending on the circumstances, available options may include accepting the revised arrangements, changing the arrangements, or requesting a refund where the applicable Service Provider's terms allow one.
Where AlwaysOnTrip is acting only as an agent, any refund, compensation, alternative arrangement, or other remedy will be subject to the relevant Service Provider's rules and applicable law.
8. Our Responsibility
Where AlwaysOnTrip acts as an agent for a Service Provider, we are responsible for providing the booking and administrative services that we have agreed to provide.
We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, performance, delays, cancellations, changes, or failures of a Service Provider where those matters are outside our control.
Airlines, hotels, transfer companies, tour operators, and other Service Providers are responsible for delivering the travel services that they provide.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited.
9. Passport, Visa and Health Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that you and all passengers travelling with you have the correct passports, visas, permits, vaccinations, health documentation, and other travel documents required for your journey.
Entry requirements vary depending on your nationality, destination, transit points, and individual circumstances. Requirements can also change at short notice.
We recommend checking the latest requirements with the relevant government authorities, embassy, consulate, or official travel advice before travelling.
AlwaysOnTrip cannot guarantee entry into any country and is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to obtain the correct documentation or meet applicable entry requirements.
10. Complaints
If you experience a problem during your journey, you should report it immediately to the relevant Service Provider or their local representative so that they have an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Where appropriate, you should also contact AlwaysOnTrip as soon as possible so that we can assist you.
If you wish to make a formal complaint after your journey, please contact us using the details provided on our Contact Us page.
Please provide your booking reference, details of the problem, relevant correspondence, photographs, receipts, and any other supporting information that may help us investigate your complaint.
11. Accommodation Ratings and Standards
Hotel and accommodation ratings are provided as a general indication of the standard of the property.
Rating systems and accommodation standards can vary between countries, destinations, providers, and booking platforms.
The actual facilities, services, and standards available will be determined by the relevant accommodation provider and the terms of your booking.
12. Travel Documents and Information
Information displayed on the AlwaysOnTrip website is provided to help you make informed travel decisions.
Flight times, routes, baggage allowances, schedules, accommodation facilities, prices, and other travel information may change and are subject to availability.
Your booking confirmation and the terms provided by the relevant Service Provider should be treated as the definitive source for your confirmed travel arrangements.
13. Financial Protection
Financial protection may vary depending on the type of travel service you purchase, the Service Provider involved, your country of departure, and applicable law.
Not every flight, hotel, transfer, or other travel service is necessarily covered by the same financial protection arrangements.
Where a particular booking benefits from a statutory or other financial protection scheme, the applicable documentation and details will be provided in accordance with the relevant requirements.
Please check the financial protection applicable to your particular booking before travelling. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support team.
14. Events Beyond Our Control
We will not be responsible for circumstances that are outside our reasonable control where permitted by law.
Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather, war, terrorism, civil unrest, industrial disputes, pandemics, government action, airport or border closures, transport disruption, technical failures, and other extraordinary events.
Where such circumstances affect your booking, the rights and remedies available to you will depend on the nature of the booking, the relevant Service Provider's terms, and applicable law.
15. Privacy and Personal Information
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy .
By making a booking, you acknowledge that relevant information may need to be shared with airlines, hotels, transport providers, payment providers, technology providers, and other Service Providers where necessary to provide your requested travel services.
16. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the AlwaysOnTrip website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
We may suspend or restrict access to parts of the website where necessary for security, maintenance, operational, or legal reasons.
17. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website may contain links to websites and services operated by third parties.
These third-party websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. AlwaysOnTrip is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of third-party websites.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, suppliers, website, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.
The version applicable to your booking will normally be the version in force when your booking is confirmed, unless a later change is required by law or otherwise applies to your booking.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws and jurisdiction applicable to the contract and your place of residence, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory rights or protections that you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
