These terms and conditions relate to the travel services provided by Crown Travel UK Limited. When you make a booking, you agree to both our terms and those of the relevant Travel Service Providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).

Summary of Charges
1. Warranty

We aim to ensure all pricing and information is accurate, however errors may occur. If a pricing error is identified, you will be given the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

Use of this website is at your own risk. Services are provided "as is" without warranties unless required by law.

2. Our Agreement with You

These terms form your contract with Crown Travel. We act as an agent between you and Travel Service Providers.

You must ensure all booking details are correct at the time of confirmation.

3. Financial Protection

Some bookings are protected under the ATOL scheme. You will receive an ATOL certificate where applicable.

4. Types of Holiday Sales
  • As Principal – tailor-made holidays arranged by Crown Travel
  • As Agent – bookings provided by third-party tour operators
5. Special Requests

Requests such as meals or seating will be passed to providers but cannot be guaranteed.

6. Payments

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings are confirmed only after supplier confirmation.

7. Low Cost Flights

Low-cost airline bookings cannot be modified or cancelled by Crown Travel once confirmed.

8. Delivery of Documents

Documents are sent via email or post. Additional charges may apply for reissue.

9. Cancellation by You

Cancellations must be made in writing. Fees apply in addition to supplier charges.

10. Alterations

Changes may be treated as cancellation and rebooking, with applicable charges.

11. Flight Reconfirmation

Passengers must reconfirm flights with airlines before departure where required.

12. Alterations by Us

We may make changes to bookings if necessary. You may accept, choose alternatives, or receive a refund.

13. Refunds

Refunds depend on supplier processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

14. Travel Documents & Health

Passengers must carry valid passports, visas, and health documents. No liability for denied travel.

15. Unused Services

Refunds for unused services depend on supplier terms. Travel insurance is recommended.

16. Price Changes

Prices may change due to taxes, fares, or exchange rates. You may cancel if increase exceeds 10%.

17. Liability

We act as an agent and are not responsible for supplier services unless negligence is proven.

18. Complaints

Issues must be reported immediately to the provider or our office.

19. Data Protection

Your data is used for bookings, communication, and service improvement.

20. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
